Hi, I'm chef Sean Samuels, the owner of Chef Sean SNS.  My love of food started at a very young age in Guyana. Starting out as a pastry chef, that love grew into my exploration of the savoury world. Here I am, over 30 years later, ready to share my love of food with you. What makes Chef Sean SNS different, is that we don't use set menus. We work with you and your themes, budget, occasions, etc. to bring a menu that is crafted just for you. Even though I enjoy my culture and preparing Caribbean food, I was drawn to the food of other cultures as well. That's why I call my brand of cooking "Fusion Cuisine"
